11th LA/JTI Inter School Junior Open Tennis Championship-2018


The 11th LA/JTI Inter School Junior Open Tennis Championship-2018 ended in a grand finale with St. Xavier’s School lifting the trophy with 69 points. Little Angels’ School was the first runner up with 63 points followed by Kasthamandap Vidhyalaya as the second runner-up with 36 points. The Principal of LAS; Mr. Mukunda Raj Sharma, felicitated the Chief Guest; Lt. General P. B. Limbu, Chairman of SMC and Mr. Rajesh Shrestha, Director of Finance LAS. The program saw an enthusiastic presence of school authorities, ECA team, coaches, referees, parents of competitors and keen participants. Hearty Congratulations to the champs we wish you evermore success and our deep gratitude to all participants and supporters for making this event a stupendous success.


11TH JTI Inter School Junior Open Tennis Championship

A brilliant and extraordinary event marked the inauguration ceremony of the 11th LA / JTI Inter-School Junior Open Tennis Championship – 2018. It was inaugurated by Chief Guest Chiri Babu Maharjan, Mayor, Lalitpur Metropolitan in the presence of Hon’ble Umesh Shrestha, Founder Chairman; Little Angels’ Education Group, Lt. Gen. P.B. Limbu; Chairman, School Management Committee, Little Angels’ School, Rajesh Shrestha; Director, Finance & Management, Little Angels’ Education Group, Principals, Vice Principals, Coordinators, In-charges of LA. The annual sports extravaganza is a prominent event that strengthens and ennobles sports. This year anticipates a tough competition between 41 schools with 197 participants hailing from places as far as Pokhara and Butwal


Goodwill Visit to Little Angels’ School

Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Her Excellency Yu Hong makes goodwill visit to Little Angels’ School on July 15. She was warmly welcomed by Lt. General P.B. Limbu (Chairman of SMC), Mr. Rajesh Shrestha (Director of Finance & Management), Mr. Mukunda Raj Sharma (Principal of LAS), Mr. Mitra Bandu Poudel (Principal of LACM) and other dignitaries of LA. Her Excellency took a tour of  LA and interacted with students studying Chinese.


3rd LA Net Championship

The 3rd LA Net Championships were awarded to Little Angels’ School for Table Tennis, Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya for Football, Armed Police Force School for Volleyball, Rato Bangala School, Senior Girls and Learning Realm International, Senior Boys for Basketball, Puspa Sadan Boarding High School for Mini Basketball. National Sports Council Member Secretary; Mr. Keshab Kumar Bista presided as the Chief Guest in the opening ceremony and Mayor of Mahalaxmi Municipality, Mr. Rameshor Shrestha conferred awards in the closing ceremony. Mr. Mukunda Raj Sharma, Principal, LAS warmly welcomed all honorable guests to the week-long phenomenal sporting event. Hon’ble Member of Parliament and Founder Chairman, Mr.Umesh Shrestha, LA Education Group, Lt. General P. B. Limbu, Chairman, LAS School Management Committee, Mr. Rajesh Shrestha, Director, LA Education Group graced the event with their presence.
